log sheet

I have made a log sheet in order to keep everything that we do in tact, so that we know what the shot number is, what is in the shot and what the actors are wearing to keep the continuity if we need to film something again.
The reason the log sheets are vital is to ensure that we have covered everything and by logging the progress that we are doing will help us as a group to make sure that we have done what is needed and we are happy with what we have done and the progression.

As I don't have PDF on the laptop I have decided to copy and paste it over, this will be the log sheet as you can see it says what shot number it is on the camera, and what the camera angle is. It also says what is in the shot so if we needed to do it again we could see what we need. basically this is what it will look like however it is on a word document. It also has more columns that are blank to fill in one the day's of filming.

Number of Shot
And camera angle
What’s in the shot
Who has filmed the shot
What props have been used (continuity)
What is the actor wearing (continuity)
